Mucheche Labour Law Updates in Zimbabwe: In the case of Mudzimuwaona v Zimbabwe Revenue Authority SC 04/18, the Supreme Court of Zimbabwe’s decision demonstrate that an employee’s legal duty to mitigate loss by looking for alternative employment or doing other income generating activities also applies to a fixed term contract of employment.
